Wade Morgan is a Computer Forensic Examiner at Forensic/Strategic Solutions, PC, formerly Summerford Accountancy, PC. Mr. Morgan specializes in the area of computer examinations, electronic data recovery, and employee monitoring. He works closely with plaintiff and defense attorneys, corporations, law enforcement, state insurance boards, and other governmental agencies.

Mr. Morgan has unique training and experience as well as the latest equipment and software to successfully complete an examination. In the area of computer examinations, he documents and examines all areas of electronic data storage from tape restoration to hard drive imaging. Mr. Morgan is knowledgeable about how to acquire, restore and analyze electronic data for litigated matters. All examinations are conducted using state of the art technology and software in a manner that allows the information obtained to be used in a court of law.

Mr. Morgan is an experienced Law Enforcement Officer with the Homewood Police Department. He has almost fifteen years of experience in law enforcement with seven years of experience in the Technical Services Unit. Mr. Morgan has executed numerous search warrants to perform forensic examinations on computer systems. His criminal cases include counterfeiting of corporate payroll checks, credit card fraud, child pornography, identity theft and harassment. Mr. Morgan’s work to support civil litigation includes trade secret theft, embezzlement, bankruptcy and divorce proceedings. Additionally, he has worked major cases as part of a larger investigative team involving arson, rape, homicide, and kidnapping, where his expertise in handling documentation and the collection of evidence was vital. He has testified in local, state and federal courts and has experience in explaining technical information in a manner that is easily understood by a jury.
