FSS Adds Shareholder as lost profits and damages Practice Grows & Firm Expands to Second Location

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (Sept. 19, 2012) – Forensic Strategic Solutions, Inc., a national financial investigation firm specializing in fraud examination and lost profits and damages, has added William C. Dameworth as a shareholder, and has opened a new office in North Carolina as the firm continues the expansion of its litigation-focused business valuation services.

Dameworth, a business valuation and litigation consulting expert with over 20 years of experience rendering services in hundreds of litigious valuation and consulting engagements, previously served as a managing director at ComStock Advisors. In his role as a shareholder at Forensic Strategic Solutions, Dameworth will manage a range of valuation and litigation-support services, including business valuations, commercial damages, fraud, professional malpractice, lost profits, misappropriation of funds, asset tracing, active/passive appreciation analysis and other complex engagements.

Forensic Strategic Solutions’ new office in Winston-Salem, N.C. marks the second location for the firm.

Dameworth holds North and South Carolina CPA certificates, is Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and is Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, is a Business Valuator Accredited for Litigation (BVAL) by the Institute of Business Appraisers, and holds the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) designation from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. Dameworth has regularly taught and lectured at professional conferences and universities on valuing private companies and valuation in a litigation context.
