Kelly J. Todd, the managing member and in-charge of forensic investigations, and Lindsay H. Gill, the director of forensic technology, both spoke at the Alabama Society of CPA’s 2021 Financial Accounting and Auditing Conference on September 24, 2021.

Kelly and Lindsay presented on the topic, “When Your Client’s Office Becomes a Crime Scene,” where they shared the immediate steps to be taken when employees prove to be untrustworthy despite the presence of internal controls. They further discussed the life cycle of an investigation when the office becomes a crime scene.
