Kelly J. Todd was featured as a guest columnist in the Nov. 7, 2013 issue of the Birmingham Business Journal article, “Six tips to prevent fraud in the workplace.” The article ran during International Fraud Awareness Week, Nov. 3-9, sponsored by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) to encourage business leaders and employees to proactively take steps to minimize the impact of fraud by promoting anti-fraud awareness and education. According to the ACFE, organizations lose an estimated five percent of their annual revenue to fraud.
