On Nov. 2, 2012, William C. Dameworth, Director of Valuation Services, acted as the discussion leader for an eight-hour course developed by the the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) entitled “Introduction to Business Valuation.” The course was sponsored by and held at the headquarters of the North Carolina Association of CPAs in Morrisville, N.C. The course attendees were CPAs in N.C. who were introduced to business valuation concepts, theory and application.
