William C. Dameworth, managing member of Forensic Strategic Solutions and the member in charge of valuation services, will be exhibiting at the 17th Annual North Carolina / South Carolina / Georgia Tax Section Workshops at the Kiawah Island Golf Resort at Kiawah Island, S.C., on May 25-27, 2018. The program provides comprehensive instruction for tax attorneys on the ever-changing tax controversy and tax planning practice. Sessions will include Top Tax Controversy Issues, Charitable Trust Planning, Partnership Audit Rules Update, Domicile and State Tax Review, Litigating Conservation Easements and a 2018 Tax Reform Update.
